Lisa Bisson
Lisa is a leading specialist in ESG, having dedicated her career to social and environmental impact through the influence of the business world.

Prior to NewTurn she was a senior member of the ESG teams at two top international law firms, specialising in building strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, impact reporting, community investment, communications and corporate foundation management and led a number of award-winning projects and partnerships.
​
She works with nonprofits, education providers, big business, social enterprises and smaller businesses alike, and is at her best when she is bringing people together to help address some of our most pressing societal and environmental issues.

Laura Sweeting
Laura is an ESG expert and Executive Coach.
Her expertise has been built over a number of years in the corporate sector where she led award winning ESG programmes at a global law firm. She became a trusted adviser to a number of the firm's FTSE 100 clients, and built long lasting partnerships with a number of schools and charities.
Laura is particularly passionate about the impact that businesses can have on young people, having started her career as a teacher at an inner-city London school.
She combines her professional experience with a lifelong drive to help and uses this to build Responsible Business cultures that clients are proud of.
